In this session hear Christine's story of adversity to strength and how Yoga for Emotional Support (YES) was created. Take a look at your personal obstacles and passions so you can create a roadmap to success. Learn tools based on yoga and mindfulness practices to heal yourself from anxiety, addiction, trauma, grief, depression or any life stresses or emotional pain so you can thrive in life. Understand your thoughts and emotions and how to let go of what is not serving you to manifest what you desire. These tried-and-true practices are woven together in a class designed solely for you and your self care to help restore balance and peace in all of your relationships and life situations.

 

Bio:

 

Christine is a dynamic teacher, entrepreneur, author, singer, and healer. She has been teaching Yoga since 1998 and is a certified 500 hour experienced registered Yoga Teacher and studio co-owner. She is a certified Level 1 Yoga Therapist, Level 1 & 2 Reiki certified and the creator of FLY! Vinyasa Yoga, and Yoga for Emotional Support (YES). Shaw loves to help others to recognize their own strengths, potential and goodness. 

Christine Shaw, founder of Yoga for Emotional Support, will share her story of hope, happiness and strength while living with difficult stressful life events and emotions. You will learn tools and techniques to focus on your own well-being and to aid in cleansing your mind and body of toxic thoughts, feelings and emotions. De-stress from life's pressures through gentle and restorative yoga postures (seated), mindful breathing, meditation, essential oils, positive self-talk, energy exercises and more! No previous yoga experience needed.
