'If you don't feel good about you, it's hard to feel good about anything else.' ~Mandy Hale

TESTIMONIAL:

"My journey to YES came as a result of a perfect storm of the loss of loved ones, several health crisis, difficulties with adult children and a stressful job.  At the first class it was emphasized this was for MY self care. And from that day forward I learned to breath, use guided meditation and essential oils, and simple yoga poses that resulted in a significant improvement in my mental health as well as a body and mind that were finally able to relax. Practicing these things within a group gave me the knowledge that I am not alone in this struggle and there is a place I can go to be safe, and just nurture me." ~Paula M.
