Yoga for Emotional Support (Y4ES) is a unique class for those experiencing anxiety, loss, grief, trauma, depression, or any life stress. Through the principles and practices of Yoga* learn to befriend yourself and restore balance and peace in all relationships and life situations.

"My journey to YES came as a result of a perfect storm of the loss of loved ones, several health crisis, difficulties with adult children and a stressful job.
